A. Front squat - 2.2.2.2 rest 2 minutes between sets

365, 385, 405, 385

B. 8 minute emom 
1-2 strict hspu with a 2-4'' deficit + 1 bar muscle-up 

2 HSPU through round 5, 1 for 6,7,8

C. 3 rds
15 Squat cleans 105/155lbs
12 CTB
9  4'' Deficit hspu (kipping Ok) 

12:19. HSPU got hard near end. Struggled to do big sets today.
