Tall snatch - 3 x 3; find weight that allows good speed and sharp turnover
High-hang snatch - 60% x 2 x 4

Had a timing malfunction on the metcon, but did something between 3-4 minutes.

Max Snatch: Hit 185, this is well below my true max but it's been awhile and I am still trying to get comfy.
