WOD:
8x3 Thrusters (goal=70% of body weight)
8x3 L pull-ups
BW=215 (70%=150lbs)
Daniel's loads: 150, 160, 165, 165, 160, 160, 165, 170 and pull-ups as Rx'd
Then max reps of 95lbs=21 reps
